Overall Interview Process & What to Expect

Each interview track follows a similar structure, though you'll find the most relevant prep information within the gallery below 👇🏼

👋 Initial Interview (30 min)

An interview with a member of our Talent team to get to know you. We want to learn about the highlights of your experience and what you're looking for in your next role, and to tell you about what we're working on at Tram Case now and in the future.

🧑‍💻 Take Home Assessment (30-90 min)

• This will be in CoderPad (up to 90 minutes).
• You will present your home work with a team member.

🏠 Virtual Onsite Interviews (60 min)

• System Design Questions: Explain how you would design a system or solve a complex problem in real time. (60 minutes)

💖 Final Interview(s) (60 min)

An interview where you'll discuss your past experience, values and motivations with a member of our leadership team. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about how we're thinking about growth for the product and company.
